I was born with sacralization - my L5 is compressed and lower than it's supposed to be, which causes me daily pain and discomfort along with trouble walking at times. Well I don't know where to start I'm very active and in the gym 5 days a week, well this was all until I woke up with really bad back pain . I figured it was just a muscle and would get better, well here we're 6 monks later, seen two different chiropractors and nothing.
